IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend testing BOTH the possible grandmother and possible grandfather. Although we do the most extensive analysis possible, the chance of an inconclusive result is higher if only one grandparent is tested. If both grandparents are not available to test, we recommend testing the child's mother, if available.
