Changed your mind?
Products purchased on HomePaternity.com
For all unused products, except Prenatal Paternity tests*, purchased on HomePaternity.com, refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase. However, a $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our shipping and fulfillment costs. To be eligible for a refund, samples must not have been returned to the lab for testing. To initiate a refund, please complete this form. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

*For Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Tests: For NIPP ship-to-home kits, where you arrange your own sample collection, a refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase via this form if samples have not been returned to the lab. A $30 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount. For NIPP kits purchased with a preferred appointment selected at checkout, a full refund may be requested via this form up to 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

For HomePaternity products purchased on Amazon.com, returns may be initiated through Amazon. If you have concerns about product quality, please contact us directly through our customer service portal and our team will do our best to make things right.

Exchanges
Products purchased on HomePaternity.com
For tests purchased on HomePaternity.com, please request a refund using this form within 30 days of purchase and order a new test online. To be eligible for a refund, samples must not have been returned to the lab for testing. If you have already sent in samples or additional assistance is needed, please contact us through our customer service portal. Once your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
